For those who are thinking: '' 323x433?! Where's 512x512?! ''
Well, the answer is that the problem with 512x512 was that on your dock it would show too small, because of the blank space. So 323x433 is the highest resolution and will show up the biggest possible.

Just one question, wouldn't 323x433 make them look wide in the dock since it keeps all icons square?

So no they look fine in my dock.
